PER CURIAM:

This is an application for leave to appeal from refusal of a writ of habeas corpus.

Nowhere in the record is it stated what the crime was for which the applicant was sentenced. In his order for appeal to this court he prays "That a copy of the `transcribe' in the case of Oliver E.
