Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment by the lower court which dismissed their suit on a trial of the merits. The suit is one for damages filed by the parents of their minor son, Wayne, seven years of age, who met his death by drowning on April 28, 1944, at about the hour of 10:45 A. M., in a natural drainage ditch or canal adjoining the Southwestern boundary of the school grounds of the Hollywood School, which is located in the old Third Ward of the Parish...
