This is an action arising out of a contract dated February 22, 1943, between plaintiff and defendant, acting through the Quartermaster Corps, War Department, whereby plaintiff agreed to furnish and deliver 50,000 plywood lockers for a cost of $4.60 each, or a total of $230,000.00. On August 23, 1943, the parties entered into a supplemental agreement, which modified the delivery schedule in the original contract and extended the final date of delivery...
