This is an action brought by a group of fifty-nine plaintiffs who were employed during World War II at the St. Louis Ordnance Plant to recover overtime compensation, liquidated damages, attorney fees, and costs, under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. On trial the court found all the issues in favor of plaintiffs and entered judgment aggregating $246,251.44 (twice the amount of overtime claimed...
