On the evening of January 15, 1947, at the intersection of Main and Madison Streets in Franklin, Ky., appellee, Mrs. Will Dinwiddie, was injured by being hit by an automobile owned and driven by appellant, James Caudill. She brought suit for $10,000 for damages. Her husband, Will Dinwiddie, appellee herein, also brought suit against defendant, Caudill, for $2,500 for loss of his wife's services and $731.70 for money expended by him for hospital and...
