This is a direct appeal from a decree of the circuit court of McLean County, a freehold being involved. A construction of the last will and testament of Jesse E. Hoffman, deceased, is in issue. He was a former probate judge of McLean County and died on April 10, 1948. His only heirs-at-law are his brother, Frank Hoffman, the appellant, two nieces, the children of a predeceased brother...
