The State has appealed from a judgment of the lower court sustaining a plea to its jurisdiction and ordering the defendant discharged.

The defendant was indicted on November 25, 1947 for the murder of Elma Dee Kranklin on October 30, 1947. The defendant was under fifteen years of age when the offense was committed.
