Plaintiff in error, Walter Urban, entered a plea of not guilty in the criminal court of Cook County, to an indictment which charged him jointly with one Joseph Ignatowski, of assault with intent to commit robbery of George Johnson. A jury found plaintiff in error guilty and the court entered judgment sentencing him to the penitentiary for a term of not less than one nor more than fourteen...
