This is an appeal from the circuit court of Sangamon County seeking to reverse a decree of that court finding the issues involved herein for the defendants.

Louis J. Finley, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, filed his suit in equity to remove certain deeds as clouds upon his title to real estate, consisting of a house and lot in the town of Auburn, Sangamon County, Illinois...
