On November 30, 1942, Edward J. Conway, Miss Edna B. Condon, and John George Miller formed the partnership of Edward J. Conway Company, in which Edward J. Conway received a five-sixths interest and Miss Condon and Miller the other undivided one-sixth interest, or two-thirtieths to Miller and three-thirtieths to Miss Condon.
