Mary E. Hanlon and other heirs-at-law of Mary A. Hogan, deceased, filed a bill for partition of certain real estate in the circuit court of Peoria County against Doretta R. Hayes et al., the remaining heirs and occupants of the premises. The defendant Doretta R. Hayes and her husband answered, denying plaintiffs were entitled to the relief
