This appeal by plaintiffs from a defendants' verdict and judgment in a private action for damages and injunctive relief under the antitrust acts, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2, 15, 26, comes to us on quite narrow issues of law. Plaintiffs claim two grounds for reversal: (1) the court's refusal of certain requests to charge, and certain language in the charge itself; and (2) the exclusion of certain of the adjudications in United States v. Paramount...
