Katie Heckman, claimant, a sister of John W. and Thomas H. O'Donnell, was appointed guardian of their persons and property upon their voluntary application, February 17, 1933. They owned (by deed from their parents in 1900) a farm of 160 acres, subject to their mother's life estate therein. They were aged 65 and 61 years, respectively, and had never married.
