This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming the action of the Primary Examiner in finally rejecting claims 5, 7, and 11, drawn to a bearing structure, for misjoinder with allowed claims 3 and 13, which were drawn to a method of lubricating a bearing, and claims 12 and 14 as aggregations of the subject matter of the allowed claims and the substance of claims 5, 7, and 11, in appellant's application...
