This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming the action of the Primary Examiner in rejecting as unpatentable over the prior art of record thirteen claims in appellant's application for a patent relating to a sound recording and reproducing system. Twenty-two claims, including claims for apparatus and claims for method, were allowed.
