William Luther Koon, during the month of May, 1941, caused the Bee Branch Cattle Company to be organized and incorporated. The authorized capital stock was one hundred shares. The original incorporators were William Luther Koon, W.H. Jackson, T.M. Lykes and Thomas Alexander.
