The plaintiffs, husband and wife, are residents of Dallas, Texas. At the time of the filing of this suit, defendants were both residents of the State of Missouri.

Plaintiffs' complaint is in two counts — count 1 in replevin, and count 2 in conversion. In the first count of their complaint, plaintiffs allege that they are the joint owners of, and lawfully entitled to the possession of, a bracelet containing approximately fifty...
