Greenwell, original libellant, from a decree of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia holding the Greenwell solely at fault for a collision which occurred on the night of March 11, 1947, between the Greenwell and the steamer Virginia, and dismissing appellant's libel against the Virginia.
