Save-Rite Drug Stores, a Utah corporation, was duly adjudged a bankrupt on August 30, 1949. D. K. Porter was duly elected trustee. On October 4, 1949, the referee in bankruptcy entered an order directing the trustee to sell all the property and assets of the bankrupt upon reasonable notice and subject to confirmation by the court.
