In this divorce proceeding, instituted by a wife who charged adultery on the part of her husband, the district court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff granting a divorce, awarding to her the care and custody of the two minor children born of the marriage, and condemning the defendant to pay alimony of $10 per week and attorney's fees of $150.
