Appeal from a judgment for defendant in an action by Hennepin county to recover $3,205.69 for the care and treatment in the Glen Lake Sanatorium of Myrtle Collins, a resident of Houston county.

Myrtle Collins, who had come to Minneapolis for prenatal and maternity care, gave birth to an illegitimate child on March 9, 1945. While in the Minneapolis General Hospital, it was discovered that she had tuberculosis. On April 13, 1945, she was admitted...
