On June 30, 1926, William H. Luden, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, created a pension trust agreement in which Fred S. Cook, Heber Ermentrout and William F. Schlesinger were named trustees, and certain funds were turned over to the trustees under said trust agreement. The settlor, William H. Luden, Inc., ceased to exist in 1928, and during the same year this court took jurisdiction of the trustees and the trust to such an extent as was necessary...
