This is an appeal from the decision of the First Assistant Commissioner of Patents reversing the decision of the Examiner of Interferences sustaining the petition of appellant to cancel the appellee's trademark registration No. 334,967 of May 19, 1936, for the trade-mark Forbidden Love for perfumes and other cosmetics.
