This is an appeal by a creditor of a bankrupt against an order of a bankruptcy referee, affirmed by the district court, holding that certain sums deposited by the bankrupt with the Superior Court of Massachusetts for the County of Middlesex are the property of the trustee, rather than the creditor, and ordering the creditor to refrain from making any claim therefor.
