Plaintiff in an equity action sought to establish an oral contract by which it is claimed she should have a lien or a constructive trust imposed on a 240 acre farm purchased by defendant. She also sought an accounting of the net profits resulting from the operation of the farm by the defendant and judgment for two promissory notes with interest. The defendant denied that he was indebted to plaintiff in any amount and pleaded several defenses...
