This is a suit to quiet title to real property located in Elmore county. It appears from the record John M. Clark purchased certain property in 1940. That at that time Clark and his then wife (now Ethel Hill) were residing at Burns, Oregon, and had resided there continuously from the time of their marriage May 9, 1937, until the time of the purchase of the property.
