MADDEN, Judge.

The plaintiff, a corporation located in New Orleans, sues for just compensation for the taking by the Government of its buildings. The buildings stood on land of the Southern Pacific Railway Company at its docks in Galveston, Texas. They were constructed with steel frames, corrugated iron roofs and sides, and metal sash, and were so constructed that the interiors of the three buildings formed a single open space. They had been built in 1913 and 1914...
