This is a motion by defendant for summary judgment. The motion is based upon the pleadings, the examinations before trial of plaintiff and other witnesses and the exhibits produced upon such examinations, and an affidavit of defendant's attorney. The action is brought to recover the sum of $2,000,000, alleged to be the reasonable value of the use by defendant of plaintiff's patented invention...
