This is an action in ejectment brought by Hazel Dell Stewart, administratrix of the estate of Clark Jerimia Colvin, deceased, against D.O. Colvin et al., to recover possession of lots 38 and 39 in block 6 in Bungalow Heights addition to the city of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Deceased died on the 2nd day of August, 1943, and plaintiff was thereafter appointed administratrix of his estate.
