Pruitt, was driven into a ditch at the intersection of Hollywood Avenue and the Mansfield concrete highway, south of the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, in Caddo Parish. She sues for several elements of damages. The Standard Oil Company of New Jersey is made defendant.
