The plaintiffs, Albert J. Hughes and his wife, Ruby West Hughes, have filed this suit individually and on behalf of their minor child, Mattie Francis Hughes, in which they pray for judgment for hospital and doctor bills, pain and mental anguish to their minor child and for mental anguish and worry, all occasioned as a result of the child being struck by an automobile owned and operated by the defendant Eldridge Gill on the 16th day of September, 1948...
