This is a suit for damages arising out of an automobile collision in the City of Crowley, Louisiana, on or about the 6th day of February, 1948, between a car driven by the plaintiff and a car allegedly owned by the Crowley Yellow Cab Company, Inc. and being driven by an employee of the cab company.
