This is a rate case. These appeals are from the order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission of February 1, 1949. Appellant, a passenger bus transportation utility, operating about forty-six buses in the Norristown, Conshohocken, Phoenixville area, sought an increase in rates by tariff filed with the Commission on April 27, 1948.
