Grace Bagley Neal, as Administratrix of the Estate of Algie Neal, deceased, instituted suit in Nottoway County, Virginia, against the Administrator of the Estate of Willie Postell, deceased, and W. L. Bridgforth. Judgment was entered in such suit in favor of plaintiff against the estate of Willie Postell for the wrongful death of her decedent, Algie Neal, in the sum of $15,000 on the 14th day of November, 1947.
