1. It is insisted by the defendant insurance company that the insured did not die as a result of an accident, that is, directly and independently of all other causes from bodily injury effected solely through external, violent and accidental means, but that her death was directly or indirectly the result of Parkinson's disease, with which she was afflicted; in other words, that such disease was at least a contributing and concurring cause of her death...
