Plaintiff, alleging that it had delivered to defendant on or about February 13, 1947 five of its Mall Gas Chain Saws for an agreed price of $2092.50, and that defendant was entitled to two credits, one for $276.08, paid on March 10, 1947, and another on April 30, 1947, for "returned parts" amounting to $97.57, filed suit for an alleged balance due of $1727.85.
