ANDERSON, J., March 28, 1949.
Defendant in this proceeding was found guilty by Alderman Raymond Sohl, acting for the Mayor of the City of York, of violating section 4 of an ordinance of the city enacted under date of August 24, 1934, prohibiting disorderly conduct within the city. The maximum fine of $300 was imposed. From this conviction an appeal was taken.
