Review of proceedings of the Industrial Accident Commission. An award was made, based upon a permanent disability rating of 55 1/2 per cent. Petitioner herein, which is the compensation insurance carrier for the employer, asserts that one-half of that disability rating should have been apportioned to preexisting or independently developing arthritis.
