This case involves income taxes for the years 1944 and 1945. Deficiency was determined for 1944 in the amount of $559.41 and for 1945 in the amount of $370.31. The amended petition alleged disallowance of the following items in the following amounts: Contributions $415, interest $22, taxes $343.25, losses $474.95, "medical" $1,076.25, and "miscellaneous expenses" $1,639.72.
