This is an action to quiet title to two certain pieces of real estate which plaintiffs allege that one of them (Mrs. Una Claire Durel Fried) bought from the State of Louisiana on May 27th, 1944, and which they also allege had been previously adjudicated to the State of Louisiana for unpaid taxes.
