This appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board (Clements dissenting), involves the right of 2,270 industrial employes of The Midvale Company, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, to receive an aggregate sum of approximately $1,000,000 in benefits, with the consequent effect upon the Employer's future contribution rate.
