This is an appeal by the People from an order of the superior court granting a motion of the defendant to set aside the information charging defendant with violating section 337a, subdivisions 2, 4 and 6 of the Penal Code. Defendant had previously been held to answer by a committing magistrate upon the "production of satisfactory testimony ... that there is reasonable and probable cause to believe the defendant ... guilty thereof ..."
