PER CURIAM.

The only question involved in this appeal is the priority of liens as between a garnisheeing creditor (Hamilton National Bank) of a contractor (Long) and material men (Scott) furnishing materials and work to the contractor for the erection of a building. An admitted unpaid balance due from the owner (The Stop Rust Company) to the contractor was paid in to court. This fund is the subject matter of the suit.
