The plaintiff below, Tom Hubbard, filed this action against J. Avery Bryan Company, Inc., and Steve O'Rear to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when the plaintiff was struck by an ambulance owned by the corporate defendant and operated at the time by O'Rear.
