This is an action by Alvin E. Carey, as administrator of the estate of Linnie Maxson, deceased, to establish a claim for services against the estate of W.W. (Bud) Smith, deceased, whose representative is Neal J. Dikeman, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of W.W. Smith, deceased.
