This is an action by Alvin E. Carey, as administrator of the estate of Linnie Maxson, deceased, to establish a claim for services against the estate of W.W. (Bud) Smith, deceased, whose representative is Neal J. Dikeman, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of W.W. Smith, deceased. Josephine Baker, the plaintiff in error herein, is an heir and legatee of W.W. Smith, deceased.
