In this workmen's compensation case the claimant was severely scalded while acting as a volunteer fireman for the defendant municipality, and suffered a total disability for some five weeks. He was in business for himself as a roofer and tinner, and was not "employed" by anyone nor did he receive "wages" from anyone.
