This was an action by parents to recover damages for the wrongful death of their nine year old son, Garrold Morrison, who was killed at a point about one mile south of Iola while riding a bicycle in a northerly direction on U.S. Highways Nos. 169 and 59 at a time when the boy was being overtaken and passed by a gasoline transport truck, driven by Glenn McMillan, owned by R.C. White and insured by the Hawkeye...
