In March, 1940, there were shipped on board the vessel of the respondent Moore-McCormack Lines, Inc., 1,000 barrels of American cane syrup, 900 of which were consigned to the libellant for delivery to it at Bergen, Norway, and 100 for delivery to it at Trondheim, Norway.
