Appellee, the wife, obtained a divorce from appellant in a non-jury trial. Appellant complains on appeal of portions of the judgment dealing with the property rights of the parties.

The first complaint is with respect to the adjudication that the residence of the parties, on Summit Avenue in Fort Worth, was wholly community property. The purchase price of the property was $9731.07. Appellant contends that $3731.07 of his separate funds...
