These are appeals from the denial of motions to set aside a verdict for the plaintiff in a negligence action in which the owners and the lessee of property claimed to have been in a defective condition are codefendants. All of them claim lack of evidence to support the jury's conclusion of negligence and further contend that the verdict was excessive.
